I grew up in rural Alberta and I'm a proud Canadian. I'm also a Mom
of 4 young kids and devoted wife to my college sweetheart.
As an avid athlete I am proud to be recognized for volleyball in both the Alberta and Canadian Hall of Fame. I have continued with my sports enthusiasm by volunteering as a Coach and in attaining my Certified Personal Training certificate.
I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2004 and specialized in pediatric, pregnancy and family care in private practice. As a Nutrition & Wellness Coach, I am deeply passionate about teaching people of all ages how to live full, vibrant and healthy lives.

Most recently I have become a Certified Blood Microscopist (LIVE & Dried Blood Analysis) which has become my passion & has given me a profound tool to help people improve their health & wellness.

I am also a contributing author of a children’s health book with some Medical Doctors titled “Healing Practices to Help Kids Grow Up Easier”.

I'm working at a beautiful and tranquil collaborative wellness center in historic downtown St. Albert on Perron Street called the Holistic Fertility Group. A couple of the acupuncturists focus on fertility (hence the name of the office) but we also see everyone with various health& wellness concerns and goals!
We have acupuncture, osteopathy, chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, Reiki, other healing modalities, and Wellness Within Blood Analysis with me!
